Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer flat-rate shipping to all locations within Canada. The shipping rate is $9.99 for all orders, and delivery time is 2-7 business days from the date of shipment.
Order Processing and Shipment
We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Orders received on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We use Canada Post to ship all orders within Canada. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. The free shipping offer applies to orders shipped within Canada only.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery of your order.
Order Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, such as the shipping address or order contents, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once your order has been shipped.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to return it in accordance with our return policy.
Shipping Restrictions
We are unable to ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of Canada at this time.
