Recommended Use:
Helps to temporarily promote relaxation.
Could help to temporarily increase satiety/feeling of fullness.
Helps to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep (sleep onset latency aspect of sleep quality) in people with delayed sleep phase disorder.
Used as a sleep aid.

Recommended Dose:
Adults: 3 Capsules 1 time per day.

Cautions and Warnings:
Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persistor worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you are taking one of the following medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, blood pressure medications, immunosuppressive medications, sedative, hypnotic or psychotropic medications, or steroids. If you have one of the following conditions, consult a health care practitioner prior to use: asthma, cardiovascular disease, chronic kidney disease, depression, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, hormonal disorder, immune system disease, liver disease migraine, or seizure disorders. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking carbidopa or drugs/supplements with serotonergic activity. These may include, but are not limited to L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John's wort, antidepressants, pain killers, over the counter cough and cold medication containing dextromethorphan, anti-nausea medication and anti-migraine medication. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain with Garcinia accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes.

Contraindications:
Do not use if you are pregnant or breast-feeding. Do not use if you have scleroderma.

Known Adverse Reactions:
May cause digestive problems. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (nausea, vomiting, or cramping) have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Rare allergic reactions have been known to occur in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Some people may experience diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.
